Our approach to nutrition is very similar to Whole 30 in the sense that we both focus on consuming, whole, clean, natural foods. However, many of our meals do incorporate alternative whole food ingredients that are not on the Whole 30 plan. The only dishes we currently carry that would fit within the Whole 30 framework, would be our Salmon and Veggie entree and our Chicken and Veggie entree. That said, all of our meals are nutritionally balanced with lean proteins, low glycemic carbs, and healthy fats.
